# How to Stake

Staking SLT tokens is straightforward and **essential** for gaining higher-tier benefits.

**Steps to Stake SLT Tokens:**

1. **Connect Wallet**: Connect your crypto wallet to the SuperLaunch platform.
2. **Navigate to Staking Section**: Go to the Profile page and click Stake Tokens.
3. **Choose a pool for a stake:** Several pools available with different points multipliers and APR
4. **Enter Amount**: Specify the amount of SLT tokens you wish to stake.
5. **Approve the spending of SLT**. You need to approve token spending in order to transfer SLT to contract
6. **Confirm Transaction**: Confirm the staking transaction in your wallet.
7. **Completion**: Once confirmed, your tokens are staked, and you will be assigned a tier based on the amount.
